Matte Gel Medium can be used as a base for mixing colours - when dry it will add a translucent matte finish. Use it as an adhesive when collaging and decoupaging. This is water-based, so it cleans with water. Be sure to seal your project if using on furniture or on outdoor objects. Contains 2 oz.
