How much is shipping?
All orders are shipped within 1 business day. We also have a pick up in store option if you’re in the area. Know someone in the area and would like them to pick it up for you? Just send an email or call the store with the person’s name, email address and phone number.
Social Distancing Shipping Discount is $10 for orders that are $50-$99.99 before tax and after any discounts. Free Shipping on orders over $100 before tax and after any discounts.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. In the event a product is defective, please return it along with the original packing and receipt within 14 days of purchase.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa and debit in store.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase a gift card in store for any denomination and they can also be used for online purchases. You can also purchase gift cards online that are emailed to the recipient.
Registration and cancellation policy.
Class registrations are non-refundable.
Registration and payment may be done in person or on our website. We do not take payments over the phone or through email. Payment is required at the time of registration.
In the event you can no longer attend the event, if 72 hours or more notice is given, store credit will be issued minus a $5 fee. If less than 72 hours notice given, your kit will be available for pick up after the class. You also have the option to transfer to a friend, just call 613-969-6210 or email email@example.com. We will need the person’s name, phone number and email address that will be taking your place. The kit may not be complete. Stamped images are never included in the kit nor are any products provided during the class.
You will receive instructions and the core products of the kit. If the class has no kit you will receive store credit less a $5 fee.
What if I would like to come and work on my projects at the store?
You are welcome to come mess up our space instead of your own during regular business hours so long as there is no class or crop scheduled. If there is an evening class we ask that the studio be tidied up 30 minutes prior to class starting. We have coffee and a fridge for your lunch or snacks...We also have a few store tools you can use while you’re here.
What if I would like to book a private class for myself and some friends and family?
Want a fun night out doing something different? Come let us host your event. We can teach a new technique or give you the opportunity to work with a new product. We can do a themed layout or just work on that project you’ve been putting off. Prices will vary. Minimum group size is 4 people. Please call 613-969-6210 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I am looking for a specific product or product line?
Give us a call at 613-969-6210 or send us an email at email@example.com with the information. We will definitely try to get it for you. Depending on the type of item a non-refundable deposit may be required. If we order a specific product in for you and it is not paid for when it arrives, it will result in a deposit being required for your special orders going forward.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes, we have a loyalty program for in store shopping. We will fill out a loyalty card free of charge on your first visit. Once you fill the card full of stamps, it is worth $20 off your next $40 (before tax) purchase. The card does not expire and we keep the cards in store. Please note - that when you are redeeming a full card, you do not get stamps for that purchase. Please note - you can not use multiple cards on one purchase. Please note - in store only, online orders do not qualify. We reserve the right to cancel or change the terms of the program at any time. ****Due to the provincial lockdown we are currently closed to in store shopping, therefore our loyalty program has been temporarily suspended.****
