Cancellation of orders - any orders cancelled after they have been processed are subject to a 20% handling fee.

Yes, you can purchase a gift card in store or online and they can be used online or in-store purchases. In store purchased gift cards are plastic cards, online purchased gift cards are emailed to you or the intended recipient.

Registration and payment may be done in person, our website or by phone. Payment is required at the time of registration. Spots are reserved once payment is received and are on a first come, first served basis. If cancelled more than 48 hours prior to an in person class, a store credit towards another class will be given. No refund given if cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to an in person class. We offer both in store and online classes. Online classes are done virtually through Zoom and no refunds will be given as links are emailed out for the class and you do not need to be live to attend. No Zoom account is needed for classes.

Depending on the type of item a non-refundable deposit may be required. If we order a specific product for you and it is not paid for when it arrives, it will result in a deposit being required for your special orders going forward.
