Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We offer several different shipping options.  When checking out please click on the shipping options and choose the best one for you.  

We offer curb-side and in-store pick up, for those that are local.  If you have someone who is local to the store and will pick up your order - please add their name in the notes section at checkout.  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.  This is a separate email from your order confirmation email.  Please wait until you receive your Order is Ready for Pick Up email to come for pick up.

We still offer START A BOX for those wanting to take advantage of free shipping and shop often or don't mind waiting a bit for your orders. However, with the changes to our website, it is no longer an option in the drop down menu at checkout.
For START A BOX:
Choose "HANDLING FEE - FREE SHIPPING" as the shipping option at checkout and in the notes section please include - Start a box - if starting a new box, Add to my box, if we have one already started for you or Ship my box.  
This will let us know what we have to do with your order.  You will get a confirmation email for your order, but will not get another notification until the orders are shipped.  If you tell us to Ship my order and the orders don't qualify for free shipping, normal shipping charges apply.

***Please note - There are certain products that do not qualify for free shipping and certain products that may incur extra shipping charges.  In those cases, you will be contacted and an invoice with extra shipping will be emailed to you****


For ONTARIO and QUEBEC:
 
- Orders under $125.00 (after any discounts, before tax) will ship for $15 (plus tax)
- Orders over $125.00 (after and discounts, before tax) qualifies for free shipping

Our shipping boxes are 14"x14"x2".  If you have an over-weight and/or over sized item(s) that do not fit in this size box, extra shipping may apply.  Items that require extra shipping or that do not qualify for free shipping because of their size and/or weight are noted in the product description.  If shipping to a P.O. Box or a rural/remote area, extra shipping charges may apply.


For EASTERN and WESTERN PROVINCES:

- Orders under $75.00 (after any discounts, before tax) will ship for $20.00 plus tax
- Orders between $75.00 and $150.00 (after any discounts, before tax) will ship for $18.00 plus tax
- Orders over $150.00 (after any discounts, before tax) qualifies for free shipping

Our shipping boxes are 14"x14"x2".  If you have an over-weight and/or over sized item(s) that do not fit in this size box, extra shipping may apply.  Items that require extra shipping or that do not qualify for free shipping because of their size and/or weight are noted in the product description.  If shipping to a P.O. Box or a rural/remote area, extra shipping charges may apply.


For NORTHERN PROVINCES:
 
- Orders under $100.00 (after any discounts, before tax) will ship for $30.00
- Orders of $100.00 - $174.99 will ship for $25.00.  For orders over $175 (before tax and after any discounts) are eligible for free shipping.  

Our shipping boxes are 14"x14"x2".  If you have an over-weight and/or over sized item(s) that do not fit in this size box, extra shipping may apply.  Items that require extra shipping or that do not qualify for free shipping because of their size and/or weight are noted in the product description.  If shipping to a P.O. Box or a rural/remote area, extra shipping charges may apply.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days with tracking.


For US Shipping:
  All orders between $0.01 - $174.99 will ship for $25.00.  For orders $175.00 and over qualify for free shipping.  All orders to the US are shipped via Canada Post.


RETURNS

We want you to be happy and love your new purchase and enjoy your shopping experience with us.  If you are not satisfied please contact us within 7 days so we can have the opportunity to discuss the matter.

If a product is damaged or defective a return/exchange/credit must be made with a receipt, within 14 days of purchase.  Please contact the store for assistance with this.  Photos of the defective or damaged product would be appreciated.

Please check your order once it has been picked up or arrived via courier. If there have been mistakes made when processing your order resulting in the shipment of incorrect products or the items not received, please contact the store within 7 days receipt.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

There are no refunds or exchanges for on used items, clearance and sale products, open stock patterned paper, cardstock, special orders/pre-orders (unless defective), paints, pens and markers.  

If an online order is cancelled after it was placed it may be subject to a restocking fee.
